365 Days
It has officially been one year since I received my acceptance email into the Disney College Program. I can't believe the time has gone by so fast and honestly I miss it more than ever. I can't wait to return in the Fall of 2015 and make memories all over again. It's been one heck of a journey, thank you to those who have stuck around EOE during it all.

Hi Emily! I just discovered your blog yesterday and yes I read the ENTIRE thing in 2 days! I'm also planning to apply for my first time Fall of 2015 and have a couple questions about face character auditions. First, are CPs able to choose to audition for either face character or character performer? Or is it just based on what is available at the time? Also, do you have to list being a character as one of your role choices in your application or can you just show up to an audition and leave your other options open. Lastly, you had talked about missing auditions. Do you have to audition months in advance of arriving for your program or can you show up and audition when you arrive. Thanks in advance and thanks for sharing your story with us!

DeleteIf you do the CP auditions in the spring prior to the program, you don't get to select a preference. Most CP auditions are for "Character Performer," which could be either face or fur, whatever the deem you fit for. Also keep in mind that a lot of face characters also have to be sure characters, especially CPs.
